Les Citoyens de Lescun

Depuis des siècles
d’ étranges créatures traînent en haut de montagne
qui entoure Lescun.
Ce qui est bizarre, c’est qu’elles ne semblent pas bouger,
mais ils émeuvent néanmoins la fantaisie et l’imagination
On les nomme “Les Citoyens de Lescun”.
Mais, plutôt que Lescunois,
ils peuvent fonctionner comme des cosmopolites et des symboles
pour le monde entier des hommes.

For centuries
strange creatures dwell in the mountain heights
that surround Lescun.
The strange thing is that they don’t seem to move,
but nevertheless they stimulate the fantasy and the imagination.
They are called “The Citizens of Lescun”.
But instead of Lescunois,
they can function as cosmopolitans and symbols
for the entire human world.

Sedert eeuwen
hangen vreemde wezens rond in de berghoogten
die Lescun omringen.
Het vreemde is dat ze niet lijken te bewegen,
maar niettemin prikkelen ze de fantasie en de verbeelding.
Ze worden “De Burgers van Lescun” genoemd.
Maar in plaats van Lescunois,
kunnen zij functioneren als kosmopolieten en symbolen
voor de hele mensenwereld.
